The group has always believed in providing its customers with healthy homes but recently it took a step further and moved into the construction of green homes that are built along the guidelines provided by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). Sustainability and proper use of natural resources goes hand in hand with a healthy living environment and so the group chose to adopt these green building norms to further enhance the healthy living aspects of its homes.

Green building or Green architecture serves minimize harmful effects on human health and the environment. A Green Home has tremendous benefits, both tangible and intangible. The immediate and most tangible benefit is in the reduction in water and operating energy costs right from day one, during the entire life cycle of the building.

About Us

It all started in 1999 when they came together to incorporate GRC Group. During that time, the company worked with leading architects in creating some of the high end homes and villas in Bangalore. It also provided contractual services to luxury homes, commercial complexes and hospitals, establishing the roots that would support its growth in the years to come.

The firm then grew to become an independent developer and started its first independent, residential apartment complex called GR Vistas. The success of this project gave a huge fillip to the promoters and the successful completion of several other projects cemented the group's growing reputation.

The GRC group creates Healthy Homes, which are also inherently resource efficient. The driving idea was to create healthy living environments that would be sustainable, ecological friendly and economical. All residences built by the GRC Group are based on intelligent design and green architecture principles.

Currently the GRC group is engaged in the planning and development of multiple, large, residential projects in the city of Bangalore.





Mr. Ramana Babu is the founder of the GRC Group of companies. He has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. A first generation entrepreneur, Mr. Ramana Babu began his professional career by setting up an Civil Contractor firm in 1987. He has expanded into construction and real estate development. He founded GRC group in Bangalore in 1999. Experience in the field of law, specifically real estate law. He specializes in land acquisition and property documentation, property litigation, property related issues, land laws and arbitration and alternative dispute resolutions.


Mr. Rajesh is Post Graduate from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, USA specialized in Finance and Marketing. He has been in his training ground since childhood with GRC Group which makes him the 2nd Generation in the field of construction and Development. His keen interest is in Marketing, sales and strategizing expansion plans of the organization.

Cheif Engineer

Mr. Shiva Prasad is an engineer. He has almost 30 years of experience in execution of civil work across India. He gained most of the experience building and delivering some of the best commercial and residential developments across the country. He has a great experience in construction as well as interiors of a large scale.
